(SBU) The GON thanked us for reftel nonpaper and confirmed the following delegation attendance for the October 25-26 Avian and Pandemic Influenza (A&PI) conference in Sharm el-Sheikh. Norway is in the "final process" of determining its financial contribution on next year's budget related to A&PI. The GON said it would allocate the resources given for 2009 through the UN. ¶2.
