(SBU) Ambassador Boulware called on Foreign Minister Lemine
on May 8 to make subject demarche on Kosovo. Recalling that
we had discussed the matter several times in the past,
Ambassador drew on talking points to urge that the GIRM take
another look at extending recognition in view of recent
developments. Noting that this was an issue the GIRM
continues to follow, Lemine would only say that he
appreciated and had "taken note" of the points made and that
the GIRM would consider its position.
