On January 16, PolOff demarched First Secretary Panayiotis
Papadopoulos, Department of Multilateral Affairs, Cypriot
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) regarding Cyprus's
submission of its Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic
Missile Proliferation (HCOC) Annual Declaration (AD) on space
and ballistic missile policies. Papadopoulos said that
Cyprus always submits the AD prior to the annual HCOC meeting
in Vienna. He said this is the first time he had heard of an
actual deadline, but Cyprus will meet the deadline and submit
the AD as usual.
