(United Nations Economic and Social) Dinesh Patnaik on
March 17, seeking India's support for the extension of the
mandate for the UN's Special Rapporteur for the human
rights situation in North Korea. Patnaik noted that the
GOI has supported such mandates in the past, and that we
can expect its support in this instance as well.
