Gill on April 25, encouraging the GOI to send participants
to attend the May 29 Proliferation Security Initiative
(PSI) outreach workshop. Gill replied that the GOI would
not be sending anyone from India, but that the Defense
Attache from India's Embassy in Washington would attend as
an observer.
