PATROL MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN BAMAKO, FEBRUARY 2-13, 2008
1. (U) EMBASSY Ndjamena requests the Department's assistance
in vetting eight Chadian police officers who have been
nominated for U.S.-sponsored training, pursuant to the Leahy
Amendment and Foreign Assistance Act. Post checks revealed
no derogatory information on any of the candidates.
2. (U) The names and dates of birth of the candidates follow.
All were born in Chad.
(a) Ali Seina, 6/25/62
(b) Djibrine Begoto, 10/10/62
(c) Hassan Moussa, 1/1/64
(d) Ahmat Koumbo, 9/29/95
