¶1. (SBU) PolOff delivered reftel demarche points November 10
to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Under Secretary, International
Relations Division, Marilyn Zonicle. PolOff expressed
gratitude for the GCOB's past support for human rights
resolutions and principled opposition to no-action motions
and asked for continued support. Ms. Zonicle gave no
immediate reply but indicated she was aware of the timetable.
