¶1. (S) On June 18, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director
of International Organizations and Conferences Ambassador
Kinyanjui told Acting PolCouns that he had relayed reftel
request to the Office of the President, but it would take
some time for him to receive a reply. He requested that we
check back on June 20.
