1. On April 22, POLOFF delivered demarche to Ambassador
Daniel Mukiri Kinyanjui, Head of Division for International
Organizations and Conferences at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.
2. Kinyanjui was unable to give GOK's official position.
However, he noted that the Declaration's content was
non-controversial and that he would recommend that the Kenyan
PermRep be instructed to co-sponsor. Post will relay the
GOK's official position when received.
