(U) On July 15 we passed reftel letter and nonpaper to the
office of MFA Legal Department Head Roman Kolodkin and
stressed the importance of a quick reply to our proposal for
dates for the follow-on JDEC meetings. We were told our
request would be staffed through the appropriate channels and
we would receive a reply as soon as one was available.
