(S) On May 22 we delivered reftel demarche to MFA Department
of International Organizations Counselor Albert Sitnikov who
stressed that the GOR always seeks to comply with UNSCRs. He
added that on May 5 Putin issued Presidential Decree 682,
which ordered compliance with UNSCR 1803. He promised to
investigate the matter and inform us of the results.
