Director of the MFA's Department of New Threats and
Challenges Vladimir Prokhorov. The GOR, according to
Prokhorov, fully supports the proposal to add reftel
individuals to the UNSCR 1267 Committee's list of individuals
and entities associated with Usama bin Laden or members of
the Taliban or al-Qaida, which are subject to UN Security
Council mandated sanctions, including asset freezing, travel
ban and arms embargo.
