(S/NF) Summary: In reaction to the terrorist attacks in India, AmEmbassy Montevideo convened an EAC. In attendance at the EAC were the DCM, RSO, ARSO, RAOL, ODC, POL, and MGMT. ¶2. (S/NF) The EAC has no reason to believe this threat extends to South America. EAC will continue to remain vigilant and monitor official channels and the media for any changes in the threat environment. ¶3.
