Deputy Minister Counselor for the General Directorate of
Human Rights Reyna Torres Medivil at the Ministry of Foreign
Relations (SRE). Although Torres had no substantive response
regarding the Mexican Government's position, she agreed to
pass the information to the appropriate officials.
