The Government of Mozambique intends to engage a reputable firm for Detailed Feasibility Study for the Upgrading of N/C roads, Laulane-Marracuene, Access to National Stadium and Road between QPraca dos Combatentes-Laulane-Beija FlorQ and a Study for Concession contract as stand alone Project. The National Roads Administration QANEQ hereby invites applications from experienced firms, organizations, consortiums or individuals with proven experience in the field to submit expression of interest up until the last day for submission for Detailed Feasibility Study for the Upgrading of N/C roads, Laulane-Marracuene, Access to National Stadium and Road between QPraca dos Combatentes-Laulane-Beija FlorQ and a Study for Concession contract as stand alone Project. ¶8. Proposals for this Contract will be invited only from those firms, organizations or consortiums whose pre-qualification application has been accepted by ANE. The contents of the Expression of Interest should present in detail terms of reference for the feasibility study and the detailed engineering design for those roads and the terms of reference for a Study on Toll Plaza(s) and locations. Each proponent should clearly identify itself and include certificates of incorporation. Interested proponents should submit their proposals in sealed envelop containing original and 3 copies, until 2:00 pm (local time) on November 12, 2008 at the address given on Item 6B. ¶11.
