Charge delivered reftel points to Vice-Foreign Minister
Alberto Banze on February 12. Banze was non-committal, but
indicated the issue was extremely sensitive and that he would
coordinate a GRM response and report back soonest. P/E chief
also spoke to the DCMs of the U.K. High Commission and of the
Germany Embassy, to urge that those representatives emphasize
the importance and urgency of the issue when delivering
similar demarches to the GRM.
