This request for Expressions of Interest follows the general procurement notice for this Project that appeared online in development Business, 19 of June 2006, and published as hardcopy (issue nr. 682 dated July 16, 2006). The Government of Mozambique has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for: Consultancy Services to conduct feasibility study for implementing internationally benchmarked ICT courses at the Instituto Industrial Armando Emilio Guebuza in Beluluane (Maputo province). The overall objective of this assignment is to provide technical advisory services to the COREP Executive Secretariat to introduce internationally benchmarked ICT courses aligned to industry needs for developing a pool of high quality skilled manpower for the ICT sector in Mozambique. ¶8. The COREP Executive Secretariat now invites eligible consultant firms to indicate their interest in providing their services for the above assignment. Interested consultant firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services including (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, CVQs, etc). ¶9. Consultant firms will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World BankQs Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by Bank Borrowers, May 2004. The method of selection will be CQS (Consultants Qualifications Selections).
