As requested in reftel, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC)
Director Pricilla Demetion will be the Philippine's representative
to the APEC ministerial meeting on Telecommunications and
Information Policy in Bangkok on April 20-22. She manages NTC's
Telecommunication Planning, Development, and Programming Department.
No U.S. telecoms have a stake in Philippine companies and Post does
not have any issues for Ambassador Gross to discuss with this NTC
Director.
