Assistant Under Secretary Yousif Humood on September 29.
Humood, who will be in Washington for the World Bank/IMF
meetings on October 8, said that he will discuss the Doha
conference with GOB's UN representative while there. He also
stated that Ministry of Finance representatives plan on
attending the Doha meetings in December, but does not yet
know who will head the GOB delegation.
