1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individual, who has been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individual will attend the Helicopter
Maintenance Course in Lackland AFB, Texas from August 18 to
