1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will attend Drug Precursor
Training in Mexico City, Mexico from July 23-28, 2008. The
names are listed with the surname first:
-- Forno Escoto, Boanerge Benigno; DOB 28 Apr 1978
-- Pichardo Ramirez, Douglas; DOB 01 Oct 1956
-- Martinez Aleman, Aura Regina; DOB 02 Mar 1969
-- Lara Palacios, Ivan; DOB 07 May 1968
-- Gradiz Blanco, Juan Ramon; DOB: 16 June 1964
