training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign

August 27, 2008. The names are listed with the surname first:

-- Lira Delgado, Jose Luis; DOB 05-Oct-1962
-- Gonzalez Mairena, Maximo Ramon; DOB 16-Oct-1965
