1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individuals will attend the Peace Keeping
Operations Course in Guatemala from May 05 to 23, 2008. The
