1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individuals will attend Civil-Military
Operations training in Fort Sam Houston, TX from May 7 to 26,

2008. The names are listed with the surname first:

- Caceres Mendoza, Carlos Jose, DOB 10 Dec 1960
- Obando Flores, Ernesto Jose, DOB 14 Dec 1980
