training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will be attending the Regional
Border Support Seminar in Guatemala from May 19 to 23, 2008.

-- Cortez Carrion, Horacio Jose; DOB 24 Dec 1960
-- Diaz Baca, Mario Transito; DOB 15 Jun 1964
