¶1. (SBU) As requested in Reftel A, post is providing an
addendum to Reftel B that provides Spanish government
estimates for 2007 narcotics seizures by Spanish authorities.
The DEA Madrid Country Office obtained these figures from
the Spanish Ministry of Interior on January 28, although the
Ministry stressed that the numbers would not be "final" until
they made their official announcement in late February/early
March.
