General for Iberoamerica Juan Carlos Sanchez November 10.
Sanchez noted the GOB had a talent for shooting itself in the
foot. He said the expulsion of DEA was particularly hard to
explain given the patience the U.S. had shown in dealing with
Morales and the imminent transition in Washington. He added
the situation in Bolivia was worrisome and opined that no one
could replace DEA there, given its expertise and long years
of experience.
