(C) In response to our demarche, the diplomatic advisor to
Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker said that he
believed Juncker will raise the situation in Georgia in his
meeting with Russian President Putin in Moscow on April 24.
The advisor noted that the USG position was substantially the
same as that of the European Union as stated in the EU's
Declaration of April 21.
