¶1. The UK supports the U.S. positions in reftel. Econoff
delivered demarche and diplomatic note on Monday, June 23 to
the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO),who then relayed
the message to the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail will represent
the UK at the UPU. The FCO says the Royal Mail has also
separately confirmed their support for U.S. positions
directly to the U.S. Postal Service.
