On October 8, ODC Chief met with Slovene army officers Major
Marko Bijol, Acquisition Officer, and Lt. Col. Robert Sipec,
Section Chief, to confirm receipt of helicopter helmets,
HGU-56/P, license 05-050106977 (reftel). Bijol and Sipec
confirmed that the Slovene Armed Forces received the shipment
from the consignee, Rudis d.d., on July 25, 2008, and the
helmets were transferred to the 15th Helicopter Battalion on
August 26, 2008. On October 17, ODC Chief received a letter
from Bijol and Sipec fully accounting for the shipment.
