1. (U) Post has determined that there are no/no critical
infrastructure or key resources (CI/KR) in Slovenia
(as defined in para 4 of reftel) which - if destroyed,
disrupted or exploited - might have an immediate and
deleterious effect on the security, national economic
security, national public health or safety of the United
States.


2. (U) Per reftel, para 12, Post submits the following
responses:

--Is critical infrastructure protection, physical and
cyber, a priority interest for your host country? Yes.

--Is there a national plan, or plans for various sectors,
to assess and protect critical infrastructure? Yes.

--To what extent are you (Post) engaging other governments
and organizations on critical infrastructure/key resources
issues? Post is engaged on a regular basis with the GOS on
these issues.

--Does your host country manufacture or produce key assets
or resources critical to the U.S.? No.

--Does your host country contain key telecoms hubs,
network operating centers, financial clearinghouse that
support the U.S. economy? No.
