(U) On August 20, Emboff delivered non-paper on the
designation of additional Iranian entities and individuals
to Minister Plenipotentiary Andrej Slapnicar, of the
Slovene MFA's Security Policy Division. Slapnicar said he
would pass the non-paper up the chain of command.
