1. On 13 August, Post transmitted the letter and documents
from EEB A/S Daniel Sullivan to Andrej Bajuk, Slovenian
Minister of Finance, requesting that Slovenia acknowledge
debt obligation of $3.13 million and agree to settle the
debt, per reftel. Emboffs also met with Ms. Katja Bozic,
Director General of the Financial System Directorate at the
Slovenian Ministry of Finance, to deliver the documentation
of the loan agreements and to reiterate A/S Sullivan's
points. Bozic agreed to respond after reviewing the
documents.
2. Post will report any follow up.
