Sequeira received the reftel points regarding the
resettlement of a Palestinian Guantanamo detainee and
promised to put his ministry's review process into action.
Matos Sequeira noted that his government was supportive of
U.S. efforts to close the Guantanamo detention center but
could not make promises at this time.
