(U) Portuguese MFA Disarmament and Security Deputy Director Joao Pedro Fins do Lago and Disarmament Officer Sara Oliveira thanked us for the draft text on the U.S. resolution on compliance with non-proliferation, arms limitations and disarmament agreements. Fins do Lago asked for additional information on the timing and support for the measure. He inquired whether the USG was looking for co-sponsors and when the U.S. delegation planned to present the text to the Committee. He also asked which nations had expressed support for the text. ¶2. (U) Post e-mailed Fins do Lago's question to the points of contact listed in reftel.
