(C) GABON remains undecided on the question of recognizing
Kosovo, according to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Noel
Nelson Messone. DCM delivered reftel demarche to Messone
December 5, again urging GABON to recognize Kosovo. Messone
said only that GABON is aware of itense international
interest on this issue, and is still reviewing its position.
He gave no indication of when or if GABON will change its
current posture of non-recognition.
