1. (SBU) Embassy La Paz nominates Brian Quigley, Deputy
Chief of the Economic and Political Section, to attend the
training in Washington DC. Mr. Quigley is responsible for
labor reporting and other labor issues in Bolivia. He works
closely with the Department of Labor to coordinate aid to
Bolivian entities to combat child labor in Bolivia. Mr.
Quigley's expected date of departure from post is August 2009.
2. (SBU) Post is not able to cover any expenses. Post
estimates that round-trip travel will cost USD1,500 (one
thousand five hundred US dollars). For further information,
