1. (SBU) The Ambassador on November 10 delivered reftel
demarche regarding the NATO PfP Trust Fund to Foreign
Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko and Deputy Minister of Economics
Natalia Boitsun. Ohryzko and Boitsun both noted they would
review the demarche non-paper provided by the Ambassador, but
did not offer substantive comments at the time of delivery.
The demarches were delivered in conjunction with meetings
between visiting Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) and the Minister
and Deputy Minister. Mission will arrange a follow up
demarche with the MFA Non-Proliferation Director General as
soon as possible.
