In response to reftel diplomatic note text, Kuwaiti MFA's
International Organizations Counselor Dr. Hamad Bou Rahma
told A/POLCOUNS on July 13 that the GOK is likely to support
the U.S. candidacy for the UPU's Council of Administration
and Postal Operations Council and added that Kuwait will also
vie for a position on the councils. Post will report further
