As requested reftel, post delivered Diplomatic Note 207 on
expanded judicial cooperation between the U.S. and Kuwait to
the MFA on April 27. We also forwarded a copy of the
diplomatic note to L/LEI Peter Gutherie. We will follow up
with the GOK and keep the Department and DOJ/OIA apprised of
any developments.
