¶1. On July 3rd, post delivered the demarche on the Prisoners
of Conscience Public Affairs Event to the Government of the
Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). The FSM Department of
Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary of American Affairs informed
the Embassy today that the demarche was forwarded to the FSM
United Nations Permanent Mission with the recommendation that
the FSM UN Permanent Mission support the event.
