Kimpembe Bamba, Head of the MFA's International Organizations
Directorate, urging the GDRC to vote against the Serbian
resolution to refer Kosovo's independence to the
International Court of Justice. Kimpembe said the GDRC would
take note of the USG position, but added that the GDRC had
not yet taken a position on the issue.
