(SBU) Following is an updated response regarding GDRC attendance at the 63rd UN General Assembly. Post will continue to engage MFA to obtain additional attendance details: ¶A. Attendance of the Head of State: -- Joseph Kabila, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo -- Arrival and departure dates not known at this time -- Attendance of Kabila's spouse not known at this time -- Interpretation for President not required NOTE: Kabila's attendance has been confirmed, but his arrival date is still not yet known. END NOTE. ¶B. Attendance of the Head of Government: -- Prime Minister Antoine Gizenga will not attend. ¶C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister. -- Foreign Minister Antipas Mbusa will not attend. ¶D.
