and Trade Chief of Staff Bavon N'Sa Mputu on May 13. N'Sa Mputu
agreed with the proposed focus on private investment, and promised
to forward any further suggestions for possible plenary sessions
after discussing it with the minister. Post will report any
subsequent reactions to this demarche.
