Matondo said that the DRC will not/not support the renewal of the mandate of Independent Expert Titinga Frederic Pacere. Matondo specified two reasons: the infrequent visits of the Independent Expert to the DRC and the existence of "other mechanisms," which he did not specify, capable of accomplishing the same task.
