Embassy Kinshasa completed its active CFC season December 12. Many employees pledged to the campaign, however only one employee turned in a paper pledge form. The total pledged on paper was $520. There are no eagle awards and no cash contributions. Post forwarded the paper form via pouch to HR/ER in Washington and to Domestic Payroll in Charleston. ¶2. The remainder of the employees pledged online via Employee Express. Post does not have access to the contribution information for those employees. ¶3. Several employees still plan to submit pledge forms. However they will not become effective until subsequent to the first pay period in January 2009. GARVELINK
