1. Per reftel (D),on July 17 Charge provided summary of the
May 29 PSI Outreach Workshop to the following officials of
the Government of Jamaica (GoJ):

-- the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade
(MFAFT)'s Director of Bilateral Relations, Courtenay Rattray;

-- Minister of National Security Trevor MacMillan;

-- Minister of Transport and Works Mike Henry;

-- Director of Customs Danville Walker;

-- Major Dave Anderson, Jamaica Defence Force (JDF).


2. Post has requested, but has not yet received, a reaction
from the GoJ. Rattray currently is traveling, and is
scheduled to return August 4; Charge will recontact him
following his return and will report results.
