On February 1, Emboffs delivered per reftel identifying
information on four individuals and an entity designated
under Executive Order 13438 for threatening the peace and
stability of Iraq and the Government of Iraq to the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs (MFA). Rudra Nepal, Under Secretary for
UN and International Organizations at the MFA, said he would
give the information to the Ministry of Home Affairs and also
to Nepal Rastra Bank, the central bank of Nepal.
