On December 15, 2008, Emboff conveyed the reftel points on
the U.S. proposal for harmonized conditions of service and
streamlined contractual arrangements at the United Nations to
Rudra Nepal, Joint Secretary for the UN and International
Organizations at the Foreign Ministry. Post requested
Nepal's UN delegation support of the proposal. Post will
report any substantive response via septel.
