2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of four (4) Ministry of Defense (MOD)
and Office of the National Security Council (ONSC) officials
selected to attend various International Military Education and
Training (IMET) courses. Post possesses no derogatory information
on these individuals. Post requests the Department's review of
these candidates by April 7, 2008.
